Hedges growing across one carriage width

Sent to Edlesborough Northall and Dagnall Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6231305.

The town end of this lane is two-way traffic but in effect one way as hedges have been untended for a long time subsequently reducing the road width. the far end of the lane is one-way and is not effected. It is a well used but pitted lane and the potential for accident is there.

Updates

  • The road from slickets lane to the Ford (don’t think it has a name) is becoming very narrow. It is a two way road but over the years the verges on both sides are encroaching onto the road making a two way roadway into a one way road . Please note that this is a national speed limit road so vehicles could potentially be traveling at 60mph !!
