Over grown grass and weeds

The area needs a cut back - there are over grown weeds along the road kerbs and the grass is totally overgrown making it unsafe at junctions and for people the cross the roads - it also looks terrible and scruffy. We pay a lot in council tax so would like to see some results of that spend. We have had to endure 18 months of tankers and traffic cones from Thames water - please make this area neat and presentable again
