Ringo doesn't work

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6222256.

Instructions to pay for parking included using Ringo. It Doesn't work causing problems for many people including the elderly who are spending a long time trying to pay for parking!
