Hedge across pavement - impassable

Sent to Wingrave with Rowsham Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6218741.

The hedge at the top of Nan Aires (end of 12 leys) is right across the pavement again. It’s now impassable and smacking people in the face if you walk on the pavement or forcing everyone to walk on the road. This is really dangerous for the kids because it’s opposite the Cala estate and cars come flying out of there already. Kids use this route to school every day and are being forced to walk in the road
