School traffic parks on the pathway during school drop off times daily. The car in the picture is parked on the footpath which forces pedestrians to walk in the road and prevents emergency vehicles from getting down our road. We have several disabled residents that require care at all times

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
