Persistent parking on restricted road. Blocking drives and making it difficult for post office vehicles access their delivery office. Dangerous as road is used significantly by pedestrian accessing town centre. Brazen breaking of parking rules. Today ostker who works in town centre dais This is free parking near town centre.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
