My property’s front door opens onto the pavement at the T Junction. I feel I have a safety risk where essential service vehicles or delivery vehicles often have to mount the pavement, to pass a parked car, bringing them perilously close to my front door. As a consequence I feel unsafe using the front door, if a car is parked on the junction.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
