Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6202702.

Manhole is very noisy and is in urgent need of repair, which Anglian Water have advised that they will do, but they need a licence from highways, which they have not heard back about. Please can this be looked into urgently.

    They will carry out an inspection within the next 10 working days and if required arrange to resolve the issue.
