Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6194112.

The house pictured in the image is sat on the main enterance to the estate where many cars go in and come out, they have visitors who are constantly allowed to park in the pavement and grass which obstruct the road and make it difficult to come out of the car park opposite the front of the house, it also risks poor visibility and hitting the vehicles parked on the grass.
