Middle brook Road in fron of 53-55
Reported via mobile in the Hedge problem category anonymously at 11:42, Thu 4 July 2024
Sent to Downley Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6190584.
I am writing to draw your attention to a persistent issue on Middle Brook Road. For quite some time now, the hedges along this road have been overgrown, turning a pleasant walk into a jungle expedition. To add to the challenge, a large white van is frequently parked partly on the pavement, making it difficult, if not impossible, to pass through.
It is a serious inconvenience and safety concern for pedestrians, particularly those with strollers or mobility issues.
Could the council kindly arrange for the hedges to be trimmed and address the parking situation to ensure the pavement is accessible for all? Your prompt action would be greatly appreciated and would help restore Middle Brook Road to a safe and passable route.
Thank you for your attention to this matter

I understand that the bushes were trimmed but only in front of number 63. There are overgrown hedges further along the street as mentioned in previous message. From number 53 to 63 at least. No changes in front of other properties.
