Parking across the ofc ramps

We have an ongoing problems with cars parking across the off ramps that make it very difficult for mobility scooters and motorcycle accessing the roadie the council was to put up signs and paint KEEP CLEAR inside white lines to make drivers who park across the off ramps aware, maybe the would help the residents who live here and pay council taxes.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
