Hedge / Nettles Starting to Encroach on Roadway

The hedge alongside the parking area used to be cut by AVDC before the unitary council was formed but hasn't been cut for a while now. The hedge and nettles are starting to encroach on to the parking area. Also ivy has started to swamp the trees in the same area.
