Extremely long grass and weeds along the foot path along the stream in"the paddock" has been strained and dumped into the stream

This is wrong because ,• It will be detrimental to the natural flow on the water and block the stream. • Probably not good for the stream habitat and ecology. • • Looks awful • Lazy to just dump strimmings.
