KX04 KNB. The vehicle does not seem to be dangerous, but it is only my opinion, I cannot guarantee anything, unfortunately. The car is untaxed and uninsured as well. Very likely to be just dumbed after an accident which happened on a roundabout on A413 and Prince Rupert Dr. right after you leave Aylesbury(Buckiingham direction). I saw the car there yesterday at 5:25pm on my way to work.
