Overgrown verge on my road

Sent to Penn Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6175264.

The verges across the road from my property are overgrown and need cutting back. we have to park off road and tight to the verge to leave access to the road and the stray weeds/branches are constantly scratching our cars and it looks incredible untidy. I have also contacted the church to see who's responsibility this may be.
