This car, and cars opposite use these pavements as their parking spaces day and night. For years we have tried to get this changed but nothing is being done. The residents are aggressive (in the ground floor flats both sides of road. One flat is lovely) when we have tried to talk to them. People walking and driving are in danger and there has now been a couple of accidents. It needs to be dealt with. This has been an issue for over 5years.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
