Cars are regularly pavement parked on the bend, obstructing the view of passing vehicles. This leads to a dangerous situation whereby pedestrians are forced to walk in the road, hidden from view from passing vehicles. Large vehicles also have problems negotiating the bend due to inefficient space.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
