Open space of 2x greens in carter's ride

Greens not been cut for 3 months. Been reported several times. Even the parish council have tried to sort. The trees are also over grown. I have lived here for 30 years and they have never been looked at or attended too. It's an utter disgrace we have to look at this. My husband is cutting one edge of one green as when visitors come they would have to get out of their vehicle onto grass that's 2 foot high (nearly 2 m).
