Dangerous parking and access issues

Reported via mobile in the Parking on double yellow lines category anonymously at 09:19, Thursday 27 June 2024

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6161051.

Cars parking on the school no parking yellow caution lines. Cars parking dangerously on the corner of Narbeth Drive/Eastfield Road. Visibility is completely reduced to drive in/out of Eastfield Road. Cars regularly blocking driveways of residents on Narbeth Drive and Eastfield Road. Cars parking on the small green outside 125-130 Narbeth Drive. Cars parking on grass verges. Cars parking on front gardens. Cars causing access issues for bus service and large delivery vehicles.

Most local schools have undergone a review of double yellow lines and parking enforcement, but Broughton Infant School was not included in this review.

There is a genuine concern from local residents of an accident involving school children, given the dangerous parking and lack of visibility getting out of Eastfield Road onto a main bus route (Narbeth Drive).
