Give way sign corner of Dukes Wood Ave knocked again

Reported via mobile in the Road sign with a light (other issue) category anonymously at 13:25, Wednesday 26 June 2024

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6157367.

This give way sign is too big and is often hit by turning vehicles. The lamp is full and the sign facing the wrong way. It’s a dangerous and blind junction that needs proper signage and lighting. Can the sign be replaced with a smaller sign so it’s not hit so much?

Updates

  • The Street Lighting Team aim to repair all faulty lighting within 20 working days, however, there may be some circumstances that this time for repairs is be extended. For example, if it is an electricity supply fault, this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend and rectify as we cannot work on their network, in these cases we will update you to let you know it is an electricity supply fault.
