Trees road leading to Sycamore Close Bourne End Bucks

The hedgerow leading to Sycamore Close along Trees Road is getting much worse now it needs to be cut back, it is affecting access to Sycamore Close when the owners of Trees Road park along the side of the road outside their houses. This is a roadway not a footpath, the footpath on the other side of it has been hacked down recently and it would be safer to drive along that and not risk getting the car scratched! Please can something be done about this.
