Non-electric cars are constantly parking in the electric car charging point bays. Today I desperately needed to charge my car and was unable to, there's only 1 charging point that really works and 2 cars were parked in the spot, they weren't electric cars so the charger wasn't being used. I've had to drive home as I was unable to charge my car. This happens all the time.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
