Since the end of May, this Mercedes car has been parked up directly opposite my private driveway. It is making it extremely difficult to enter and leave my property as it’s on a narrow road and I cannot easily turn left from my drive as this car is blocking the manoeuvre. I normally reverse into my driveway, but again, this is made very tricky with the car parked directly opposite my driveway. This car hasn’t moved in over 3 weeks and appears abandoned.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
