Water meter somewhere here !

Sent to Downley Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6128675.

The Scout and Guide Centre water meter is located 3m from the 30mph sign. We cannot safely access the meter and the water company want a reading. We have tried to locate it but the hedge is so overgrown we nearly got run over twice.

You also cannot see any traffic coming up the hill from exiting the centre. As per many report already on here !

Please can the hedges urgently be cut back so there is a verge to stand on to try and locate the meter. Thank you
