Footpath adjacent to junction of Whielden Lane and Amersham road, footpath goes through bushes trees etc just off the road.

Reported via mobile in the Grass cutting category anonymously at 15:54, Wed 19 June 2024

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6128540.

Nettles, tall grass, overgrown bushes & trees have virtually blocked the path, they are up to head height and very difficult to get through so forcing the pedestrian or cyclist to go onto the main road which has no other footpath, this is dangerous. this section of the footpath which is about 150 yards long is almost hidden by the trees, bushes and extremely long grass making it difficult to locate.

Updates

  • Our Urban and Rural grass cutting schedule will start mid-April 2024, full details of the grass cutting programme will be published on our website nearer the time.

Our works programme is very weather dependant and subject to delays. We therefore ask that you remain patient should there be delays or excessive growth in-between cuts.
