Overgrown hedges. A lot of them are thorns and nettles. Parents are walking on the road so they can walk next to their children and let them walk on the pavement! With vehicles over the speed limit and cars waiting for school children (they should not be parked there as there are double yellow lines) this is becoming a safety issue at the bottleneck and blind corner.
