Cant pay via RingGo

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6120690.

I get an error message "Sorry an error has occurred please try again" when using the app. On the phone (020 3046 0010) I get "car park <1423> cannot be found"
