RingGo saying tariff not found so can't pay for parking

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6120686.

I park in the car park when getting the train to London using RingGo. Got on train as was running late and went to book parking and RingGo keeps saying tariff not found for the car park and not allowing me to book. Helpfully there is no-one at RingGo to speak with about the issue at the moment. So trying to pay for parking but unable to due to this issue. My car reg is GN11GTY and I entered the car park at approx 7.10am
