RingGo App isn’t working for this car park

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6120488.

I have tried to pay via RingGo both on the app and online and it’s giving an error message ‘Tariff not found’.

Unfortunately I had already left the carpark and was on the train, so was unable to go back and pay.
