Ring go not working

Hello. The on-site pay machines are not working. I am also unable to pay via ring go. Both on the app and ringing the mobile number the car park 1412, Duke Street is no longer recognised. I’ve parked in the car park for years paying by ring go with no problem. My reg is VF17HWW so I do not want to receive a ticket because there is no ability to pay. Thanks, john
