Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6108807.

On Thursday 13th June 2024. Three out of four machines Not in Use. One machine appeared to be working but then person in front of me had their credit card refused and then machine was stuck on message 'Remove Credit Card Receipt' but no receipt there. So then no machines working in car park. I tried to call number on machine (Ringo) three times but not working, just automated response. Tried to download Ringo App but couldn't register as error code. After 20 minutes I gave up as very late for my appointment. Therefore I could not pay for parking. Several other people around saying Ringo wasn't working and not able to get tickets. I hope I don't get a parking ticket!
