Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6104537.

All parking machines are marked Temporarily Out Of Service. To park legally I had to use the RINGO App. The published machine ticket price for one hour is 70p. The Ringo price was £2.05. Although I had the the correct change, I was forced to use the RINGO App due to the failure of all parking machines. Given these circumstances, I require compensation of £1.35 for the difference in price. Please advise on the compensation method.
