Persistant daily dog fouling from one owner along the road and verge of Field Road and Highwood Avenue

Daily dog fouling in the morning, sometimes at lunch time and in the early evening cica 5pm. The suspected dog owner has been challenged by me and neighbours in the past for dog fouling to no effect. The problem has become more pronounced over the last couple of weeks. The fouling occurs along the verge next to the school in Field Road and along Highwood Avenue. I am fed up with repeatedly having to clear up dog muck from the road next to my my car my neighbours' cars.
