Hi, I've been charged the higher fees coming into effect as of 17/06/24 when I parked at the Mount car park yesterday, 11/06/24. I normally pay £1.10 for 3 hours but yesterday I was charged £1.20. I found your notice stating that the new, higher fees come into effect on 17/06/24. I can provide the receipts for you to investigate. Could you please check why the machine is already charging the higher fees ahead of the date stated on your notice? Regards, R. T.
