Metal floor plate sinking more each day at entrance

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6096076.

I’ve reported this issue several times, I’ve even phoned and discussed the problem. The gentleman I spoke to had received videos and photos and said that he would escalate a problem because it was dangerous. Nothing has been done please, please please can you do something urgently or does there have to be an accident before anything is done, many thanks
