Car parked in private drive that blocks footpath. There is a caravan parked in the drive, that restricts the parking of the second vehicle. The back of the second vehicle blocks most of the path and poses a risk to pedestrians - wheelchair users, children, buggies.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
