Still overgrown

Hedge is still overgrown, and getting worse. I’m tired of walking on the grass on my way to work, and then slipping when it’s wet. If nobody cares, fine, but it’s only a matter of time before someone gets seriously injured and sues. It’s a joke! Half the time you can’t even use the pavements down Wye Road because of double parked cars, and now you either have to walk on disgusting (often with dog poo) grass or in a main road.
