Main entrance to playground has been locked shut with a keyed bike chain.

Lock in place for main entrance, accessible from pathway only. Steps for entrance and gate via grass on main road side are open as usual. No signage to say park should not be accessed so assumption is chain in place erroneously. Only issue inside playground is long grass.
