No 77

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6066959.

No 77 have not paid to drop the curb. There is a public parking space outside no 77 Bowerdean Road however the occupants of no 77 have a sign up saying please do not park in the space as it blocks their drive. Access to their drive should only be granted if they pay to have the curb lowered

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
