Faulty Pay machine - did not accept payment

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6061350.

Machine which is second in from the right as you approach is faulty. Very slow to input details and the "wait" spinning cursor kept spinning. Noticed later that money not charged
