Overflowing bin…again!

This bin is always overflowing, with the nicer weather and more dog walkers out, may be worth having an extra bin somewhere? Or, may be worth having a word with the blonde lady that lives on Pevensey Close (I have her address!) who thinks it’s her right to take her own bin bag filled with rubbish to this bin, leaving no room for actual dog walkers to put their own mess in there!!
