Nearly knocked over by car due to overgrown hedge

I have reported the overgrown hedge on the corner of Hundred Acres Lane into Longwood Lane a few times now, and it still has not been cut. It has overgrown so much that there is ZERO pavement accessible now, and I was nearly knocked over by a car coming around the bend, as I had to walk on the road. It is a danger to pedestrians. The hedge belongs to No.57 Hundred acres. We are concerned that a serious accident will happen to us or our neighbours if this is not sorted asap. The hedge also covers the road sign, and we have had multiple issues with deliveries because of it too.
