Overgrown poorly managed hedges and verge

Sent to Dinton-with-Ford and Upton less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6050931.

Hedging never cut back by residents, it is very overgrown and scratches the sides and roof’s of vehicles

    Further to my post on 2nd June, I note and the photo’s show no action has been taken and the hedges are now significantly overgrown. Please advise when this work will be undertaken, and to whom the bill for repaying our vehicles goes to to remove the scratches.
