Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6038334.

We’ve been charged twice for parking on 29th of May . The first time we tried to pay the machine , didn’t ( we know now ) it did take payment . Do we duly did it again. We are frequently using this car park when visiting the swan . However we are pensioners and £20 plus for parking is to much for us to pay . Please csn one of the payments be refunded . Regards Michael Baggott
