White Van constantly Blocking path and road.

The White Van EV57 EVH constantly blocks both the pathway AND the road. Albert Street and Eagles Road are very narrow and the van blocks the road so that cars, delivery vans and ambulances struggle to get through.

I struggled getting through this gap shown in the image. Our neighbours are elderly so ambulances come down here lots and usually have to reverse as they can’t get through.

Someone out up a ‘No Parking’ sign on the wall next to the pavement, but this has been ignored by this van. All the neighbours have had enough. We have spoken to the owner and left multiple letters informing him of the issue.

If there is a fire or real emergency this parking could cause serious harm.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
