Cars illegally parked in bypass on College Road

Cars are regularly parking in a bypass on College Road, which is clearly marked with double yellow lines. The parked cars make an already difficult and dangerous road even harder to navigate, putting the children and college students who regularly walk there in danger. It is a double yellow line but these repeated traffic violations are not being enforced.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
