Blocking My Drive

My drive seems to be constantly encroached on by cars parking and blocking me in. At present this car is blocking me in for the 3rd consecutive day. My drive is narrow enough with a telephone poll inside it, I do not need cars blocking me in as well.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
