MK18 1JT Market Hill outside Post Office

Parked on double yellow lines for considerable time whilst in Post Office, not disabled. As a Blue Badge holder I am dismayed at lack of space to park in Buckingham, today all disabled spaces on Market Square and the main car park were full. I wanted to visit Bank and Post Office and unable to park outside as this BMW was parked with hazard lights flashing was in the only space. The blue Landrover in front is a disabled badge holder. The Asian lady driver of the BMW was not disabled and got abusive that I took photos of her car, and she took photos of me parking even though I showed my Blue Badge. I have also seen Taxis parked here on double yellow lines, one parked on street, another stopped half on pavement due to lack of space chatting to the other through their open windows and blocking the road..
