Street waste bin overflowing and will become an unpleasant smell and health hazard when the warmer weather appears. Not only that, but there is obviously no more room in the bin to place litter and so people will probably just throw it on the ground or where people try to tuck it in to the bin, gusts of wind will probably blow any litter out of the bin causing a litter issue on our roads.
