Metal plate on roadway - URGENT

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6029025.

Metal plate at entrance to car park looks as though it could give way at any moment leaving a huge hole. Has already lead to a trip and concern that it could lead to vehicle damage or personal injury. Please can this be fixed urgently.
